Join the Waldorf School of Princeton in celebrating the joys of summer! Our Summer Camp is the perfect opportunity for rising first through eighth graders to practice and learn a variety of languages or develop a new skill. Rising kindergarteners will explore our beautiful 80+ acre campus and immerse themselves in the world of creativity, bringing their ideas to life in magical ways. 

A 10% sibling discount will be applied to the younger sibling’s registration when applicable.

Immersive French Language and Cuisine Camp with Mme Anna Morin-Szydlowski and Sticky Fingers
Age Group: Rising 1st - 8th graders

Description: We are excited to announce our Immersive French Camp! Rooted in the principles of Waldorf education, this camp offers a unique opportunity to learn French through engaging activities such as storytelling, music, art, and movement. Our holistic approach encourages campers to explore the language in a creative and nurturing environment, fostering both linguistic skills and cultural appreciation. Join us for this joyful journey into the French language, where learning comes alive through hands-on experiences and community connection. 

In addition, we're bringing France to life in the kitchen with French Chef Niku — cooking authentic recipes while exploring the language, culture, and traditions behind every dish. Bon appétit!

 

Immersive Chinese Language and Culture Camp with Jersey Shore Chinese School

Description: We are excited to announce our Immersive Chinese Camp! This camp offers a unique opportunity to learn Mandarin through engaging activities such as storytelling, music, art, Chinese yo-yo (diabolo) and traditional folk dance. Our holistic approach encourages campers to explore the language in a creative and nurturing environment, fostering both linguistic skills and cultural appreciation. Join us for this joyful journey into the Mandarin language, where learning comes alive through hands-on experiences and community connection. 

 

Circus Arts Camp with The Climb 
Age Group: Rising 3th - 8th graders

Description: The Waldorf School of Princeton is hosting The Climb Circus Arts for two weeks of creativity, collaboration, and community. Campers will learn new skills, make lasting friendships, and gain a newfound confidence in making the impossible possible. 

 

Handcrafts with Staceyann Smith 
Age Group: Rising 1st - 3rd graders

Description: Join us for a handcrafts camp where children will discover the timeless joy of creating with their hands. Working with natural materials such as wool and fabric, campers will explore a range of crafts, each offering a chance to nurture both skill and imagination.

 

Sticky Fingers - Farm-to-Table
Age Group: Rising 1st - 8th graders

Description: Let’s dig into where our food begins—and how it ends up on our plates!

In this hands-on camp, young chefs will explore the journey of plants from seed to harvest to table. Together, we’ll learn how fruits and veggies grow in gardens, orchards, and fields, then turn those farm-fresh ingredients into colorful, delicious recipes. Along the way, kids will discover the magic of seasonal eating, experiment with new flavors, and cultivate kitchen skills that will last a lifetime. From soil to skillet, this camp is a celebration of nature’s bounty—who’s ready to cook up some farm-fresh fun?

This camp is hosted by Sticky Fingers in the morning and in the afternoon, campers will have the opportunity to explore Brown Woods, Beden Brook, and spend time outside around our beautiful campus.
