Parent/Caregiver & Child
Thursdays and Fridays, 9-11 am.
The Parent/Caregiver & Child Class offers a nurturing, community-oriented experience designed for children from infancy to three years old, along with their caregivers. This class provides a gentle introduction to Waldorf education, focusing on developmental play, imitation, and the natural rhythm of early childhood. Children engage with the world of language and nature through songs and puppet stories, while their fine and gross motor skills are nurtured through movement journeys, finger games, snack preparation, hands-on "work & play," and outdoor exploration.
Caregivers are invited to participate in a simple craft while children explore independently. The program fosters a calm, unhurried environment that supports sensory development and emotional well-being. Caregivers also have the opportunity to learn about child development, gentle discipline, and the importance of establishing daily rhythms. Additionally, the program offers a space for caregivers to build supportive connections with one another.
