Our Community
Many parents have referred to the time spent in our community as “two educations for the price of one,” meaning that a Waldorf school not only develops the heads, hearts, and hands of our children, but also those of our partners, families, and selves. While we may hail from different towns, counties, states, and even countries, we enjoy frequent opportunities to grow together through attending festivals and celebrations, participating in adult enrichment opportunities, and working in volunteer roles to improve the Waldorf School of Princeton now and for generations to come.
Born from a strong pioneer impulse to bring Waldorf Education to the Princeton area, we rely heavily on volunteers to organize many aspects of our community life and school fundraising efforts. For those outside of our physical reach, there are many ways to stay informed and lend support. Please explore the many ways to get involved!
A healthy social life is found only, when in the mirror of each soul the whole community finds its reflection, and when in the whole community the virtue of each one is living.” —Rudolf Steiner
