WSP Hosts Princeton Natural Parenting Fair October 10
July 24, 2015
The Waldorf School of Princeton, in partnership with Princeton Area Birth & Family Professionals, announces the first Princeton Natural Parenting Fair, Saturday, October 10, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the school’s Cherry Hill Road campus.
The rain-or-shine event will bring together local vendors, speakers, and other resources in support of natural parenting choices, including childbirth, breastfeeding, babywearing, healthcare, nutrition, education, discipline, and sleep solutions.
Fairgoers will also find a cloth diaper swap, nursing station, and activity center for small children. Picnicking is encouraged on the school’s spacious grounds.
“Parents today have so many choices, especially here in the Princeton area,” says Rachel Ullman, owner of QuirkyBaby slings and carriers, and one of the event’s organizers. “It is our hope that by coming together, professionals who work with holistic and mindful principles will be more visible to parents, and parents who choose a similar approach will be more visible to each other.”
Admission to the fair is free, with parking available on site and along Coppervail Court. For more information, or to submit an application as a vendor or presenter, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, or call 609-466-1970, x112.
