Applying

The instructions below will guide you through the admissions process. Please contact the Admissions Office at 609-466-1970, x115, or admissions@princetonwaldorf.org if you have any questions. Please note that children must be six years old by June 1 to apply for first grade.

Step 1

The first step in the application process is to complete and return the application form. You can obtain a copy of the application form by:

a. Downloading a PDF here and mailing it in with the appropriate application fee.

b. Requesting information and application materials via phone, e-mail, or here; we will mail these to you.

Step 2

The next step is to complete the checklist of admission procedures, appropriate to the program or grade you are applying for.house

Early Childhood

a. Teacher Recommendation and Records Release Request forms to be forwarded by parents to current school or daycare provider. (Not applicable for Parent-Child)

b. Upon receipt of all application materials, you will be contacted by the Admissions Office to schedule a faculty interview. Our teachers will meet with you and your child for an assessment of readiness for our programs.

Grades 1-8

a. Teacher Recommendation and Records Release Request scheduleforms to be forwarded by parents to current school.

b. Upon receipt of all application materials, you will be contacted by the Admissions Office to schedule an interview for your child. Our teachers will assess your child's readiness for our grade school classes.

c. Following the interview, an applicant may be invited to attend class for two days prior to making a final decision. The class visit will give your child an impression of what it is like to be a student at the Waldorf School of Princeton.
